What is Wellness?


Wellness is a feeling of aliveness, health, energy, and well being. It can come with a minimum of effort, and adds life to our years as well as years to our life.

• Understanding your life purpose and moving in that direction.

• Waking up in the morning and saying
“yes”.

• Having your body in balance with weight, exercise, and good nutrition.

• Having fulfilling relationships.

• Having employment or other activities that coincides with your values and goals.

• Having minimal stress in your life.

• Enjoying life to its fullest regardless of your physical limitations.

Working together will help empower yourself to bring your body more into balance, which ultimately will reflect on your quality of life.
