Sports & Therapeutic Massage
As a competitive cyclist and amateur runner, I know all too well how tired and sore muscles can adversely affect your performance and enjoyment! Active people and sports enthusiasts can benefit from regular sports and therapeutic massage as it can help to improve flexibility and mobility, reduce the likelihood and severity of injuries, and promote a faster recovery.
Regular massage is an integral part of a wellness regime and there are a variety of reasons clients come to see me on a regular basis to help maintain their physical and mental health.
Relaxation massage can assist with the management of anxiety and depression, and can help to reduce the incidence and severity of insomnia. Regular treatments can also assist with general wellness by helping to improve circulation, assisting with detox by stimulating the lymphatic system, and can provide a boost to immunity by clearing out toxins in muscle and surrounding tissue.
