What
is Coaching?
Coaching is an effective way
to promote desired change in your life.
You are in charge; our relationship
is focused on your getting the results you want. Early
in our process you review your level of satisfaction
with your health, wellness, and your life in general;
identify your vision and your values; establish goals
you yearn to achieve; further learn about your self-imposed
limits.
After becoming more conscious
of where you are, discovering where you want to be,
and deciding how to get there, our sessions focus on
helping you to plan step by step strategies toward accomplishing
your goals. I practice co-active coaching, developed
by the Coaches Training Institute. My task is to listen
and help you empower yourself through questions that
intensify your learning, effectiveness, balance, and
fulfillment. This coaching embraces the premises that:
1. You are naturally creative,
resourceful, and whole.
• Nothing is broken or needs
fixing.
• You already have the answers; coaching helps
you to find them.
2. The Agenda comes from you.
• You are in charge; the
relationship is focused on your getting the results
you want.
• Coaching ensures that you are always moving
towards fulfillment and balance.
• Coaching will enable you to engage more fully
in the process of your life.
3. The Coach works with what
“shows up”, rather than from a rigid plan.

There is a fluid give and take between you and your
coach.
• Everything that
happens is an opportunity for learning.
4. Co-Active coaching can address
